How to create a portal

Read our step-by-step guide below to learn how to add a portal user.

1. Navigate to Configur

2. Click the "Users" tab on the far left of your screen.

3. Click "Create New User".

4. This is where you will choose your user type. Choose between Platform or Portal user.

5. Choose "Portal" for a Portal user.

6. Click the "Enter the user's first name" field and follow the steps to fill in the necessary information.

7. Click the "Enter the user's email address" field.

8. Click the "Enter the user's job role" field.

9. Click "Continue To Avatar".

10. Here you can choose an avatar by scrolling through the images or you can search using a key word using the search bar.

11. Finally, click the green 'Create User' button to finish creating your Portal User.
