1. Log onto a Portal View.
2. Access a Data View with relevant Dashboards by selecting "Data Views".
3. Click onto the Dashboard dropdown and select your chosen dashboard.
4. Charts have a pop out option. Click the small blue square icon on the top right of the chart.
5. When the chart view expands you can now click this data icon.
6. View the underlying data that is powering the chart
7. Close the pop up to go back to the Main Dashboard view
